Abstract

AbstractThe general trend of recent cyber warfare mainly consists of direct attacks on network targets such as paralyzing internet communication and blocking network systems. However, the latest development in cyber warfare does not rely on physical attacks, but takes a non-tangle form of aggression such as network-based cyber psychological warfare. This type of aggression comprises of largely threes methods: 1) psychological warfare utilizing illegally collected personal information; 2) cyber, voice and messenger Phishing; and 3) fact distortion and dissemination of rumor utilizing social networking service and the press.
