Abstract

This article aims to explain the influence of rewards and knowled ge sharing on employee creativity by mediating organizational support for innovation and supervisor support as moderators. Various literature reviews have been carried out to determine the variables that build the conceptual model. The expected findings are a positive relationship between rewards and knowledge sharing and employee creativity, as well as the mediating role of organizational support for innovation and the mediating role of supervisor support. This research explains that the creativity possessed by employees is able to make the face of public services better according to society at large. The author hopes that this research can provide an understanding of the importance of employee creativity for service improvement and can be used as a strategy for organizations to see whether rewards and knowledge sharing can influence employee creativity. Apart from that, it is hoped that this paper can contribute theoretically, practically, and possibly be used for further research.
