Abstract

This research investigates the peculiarities of the development of creativity in music teachers in modern educational conditions and identifies the structural components of creativity and the main stages of its formation. The study examines the conceptual approaches to modeling an innovative artistic-educational space with regard to the conventional system of vocational education of music professionals, the modernization of content, the development of the structural component model of the prospective specialist, and the transformation of his or her criteria and indicators through the prism of the specialized training methodology, which is realized through creative music-teaching activity.
