Abstract
The aim of this review is to analyse the use of the culture of concept in different contexts. Firstly, we noticed that there is no generally accepted definition of this concept. Secondly, the culture of is not operationalized. This is why we conclude that it is not a scientific concept. It is used more as a general concept in the discussion of the scientific results or as an umbrella concept for improvement measures. The culture of concept has two important dimensions. Although on the one hand, it is used as a global concept related to, for example, conflict prevention in international politics; on the other hand, the concept refers local actions, for example eliminating the destructive effects of earth-quake disasters.
