Abstract
This paper aims apprenhend the family’s signification construct for adolescents of common class, inserted in condition of marginal men, poorness and few oportunities. Five adolescents, participants of “Projeto Agente Jovem de Desenvolvimento Social”, of Ribeirao Preto city, were interrogated about thinking the family’s concept, about yours families and yours future families’ expectatives. The qualitative search were basead in phenomenological boarding, and with the analytical discurse of participants, become possible perceive a great discrepancy between the ideal family, yours expectatives about the familys that will be construct and reality that alive with yours origin family. The study intend contribute for the comprehension of adolescent, especialy common classes, and the cultural caracteristics partipate in this category, and a lot of aspects that must be considerate for the effective intervention with this population.
