Abstract

The determined value of the weight of each index in the comprehensive evaluation index system of power quality of low-voltage distribution network may produce different results due to the subjective opinions of different experts. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation method for power quality of low-voltage distribution network based on the best and worst (BW) method is proposed. Firstly, the steady-state power quality comprehensive evaluation system is established according to the national standard of China. Secondly, the traditional BW method is improved by using triangular fuzzy number to determine the interval weight of each steady-state power quality index. Next, the priority performance index (PPI) of daily power quality monitoring value is calculated by the interval weight combined with interval VIKOR method. Finally, according to PPI, the power quality classification of monitoring points is determined, and the steady-state power quality is evaluated.
