Abstract
Abstract Bacterial causes for infective endocarditis have changed over the years, with Staphylococcus aureus now being the most common pathogen isolated. With the advent of routine childhood vaccinations, invasive infections caused by Haemophilus influenzae have become rare. We wish to report a case of infective endocarditis caused by H. influenzae that was complicated by meningitis, septic arthritis, and stroke.
