Abstract

Since cryostorage of supernumerary embryos is an absolute necessity in ART cycles, and it is supposed to achieve the highest cryo-viability and retention of developmental capacity, this study was done to evaluate the superiority of two freezing methods in aspect of their effect on survival, cleavage and blastocyst development rate (BDR) of pronuclear and compact morulae human embryos.
