Abstract

Using a millimeter-wave vector network analyzer, we measure the complex electrodynamic response of a single crystal of κ-(BEDT-TTF) 2Cu(NCS) 2 in magnetic fields of up to 30 T. Quantum oscillations are clearly observed by this technique and are compared with Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations seen in transport measurements.
