Abstract
A comparison between the representative charts of the Far Side of the Moon was made with respect to their systems of selenographic coordinates. A systematic relative shift reaching 7° in longitude was found, in addition to local errors attaining 1°–2°. The uncertainty in the positions should be kept in view in discussions about the lunar nomenclature on the Lunar Far Side.
