Abstract
Introduction: Various techniques are available for fixation of fibula free flap reconstruction of head and neck defects. Either wider profile reconstruction platesor miniplate (2.0 mm profile) can be used. This is a comparison of outcomes of those patients who had either reconstruction plate vs miniplate fixation for fibular flap reconstruction of the head and neck.
