The average amount of bleeding was 13,1 ± 3,8ml and 3,1 ± 2,6ml respectively. Postoperative pain of dissection method with 6,0± 1,3 days and monopolar with 7,8 ± 2,3 days. Postoperative haemorrhage of dissection method with 5,3% and monopolar with 13,2%. Conclusion: Although there are some advantages and disavantages in 2 methods, we should choose dissection method tonsillectomy due to its recovering time.
