Abstract
Comprehensive chromosome screening (CCS) allows for selection of euploid blastocysts with high implantation potential. While there are multiple CCS platforms available, qPCR is the only method that can be completed within 4 hours from the time of biopsy. Recently, frozen euploid single embryo transfer was found to significantly improve clinical pregnancy compared to a fresh transfer. It has been proposed that high estrogen levels during ovarian stimulation can be detrimental to the endometrial environment.
