Abstract
This study aims to explore the potential influence of different factors on the respondents’ satisfaction with annual medical checkups. With 125 responses from other age groups and countries, the results explore other trends posed by other grouping criteria. The responses emphasize the importance of the guidelines, policies, and government benefits implied in various aspects of the healthcare system, namely equitability, efficiency, timeliness, and integration, and how they correspond with the respondents' satisfaction. Additionally, a significant portion of the responses are from Thailand. The extensive research on the country's healthcare system has highlighted its strengths and weaknesses that could be further improved.
