The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 5Hz repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on cortical activity and upper limb function in the etiology of chronic stroke patients. 2 patients with ischemic stroke and 2 patients with hemorrhagic stroke who satisfied the selection criteria were selected using the ABA’ single subjective design.
