Abstract

Trend of online shopping has been increasing from last several years. Consumers can easily buy or order from online as they are getting the product with much discounted rates. Consumers of urban areas are more likely to order products from online, but the same thing is not applicable to rural consumers. The objective of this research study is to measure the problems faced by rural & urban consumers while purchasing product through online. The comparison is based on the factors identified through intensive literature review. This research helps to know the attitude & satisfaction of rural & urban consumers towards online shopping. This study is based on primary data. The primary data were obtained through survey questionnaire. The convenient sampling technique is used for collecting data from respondents. In this paper the suggestions also given to overcome the problems faced by online shopping consumers.
