Abstract

A compact quasi-lumped parameter bandpass filter structure using low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is proposed. Filters with this structure can have small size and realize transmission zeros in the stop band. A bandpass filter with center frequency at 1.2 GHz is designed in this paper . The simulation response exhibits an insertion loss of 0. 46 dB, a return loss of 17 dB, and a relative band width of 8% . Two transmission zeros are realized at 0.61 GHz and 2.11 GHz, with suppression larger than 43 dB.
