Abstract

Single user based distributed energy system limits the economical use of energy, but this limitation can be solved with the energy network. This planning method sets up the model, which aims to reduce the annual cost (includes the costs of equipment, operation, maintenance, fuels and carbon tax) to complete the optimization of device configuration. A mixed integer linear programming model is established to determine the energy system combination, develop running strategy and build the energy transmission network. Compared with nonlinear model, under the premise that various factors are considered, the difficulty of solving the programming problem is reduced in this paper. Finally, this paper solves the model with actual data. By comparing the planning results with traditional energy supply mode, the feasibility of the method and the economy of the regional energy network are verified.
