Abstract
A new fully differential transconductor for realization of CMOS analog Gm-C filter is presented. The presented transconductor offers the advantage of a high gain and small size. And the designed fully differential transconductor and a typical transconductor have been compared for a gain and frequency. In additional to as a application example a 5th Elliptic CMOS Gm-C using the proposed transconductors is designed. The results of HSPICE simulation using 1.8V-0.18㎛ CMOS processing parameter shows that the designed filter can be operated at supply voltage of 1.8V and the control range of the cutoff frequency is from 1.5㎒ to3.5㎒.
