Abstract
目的 探讨静脉留置针滴注甘露醇患儿最佳的静脉留置部位,减少静脉并发症,延长静脉留置时间.方法按不同穿刺部位将患儿分为3组.A组69例次,穿刺点为上臂的头静脉、贵要静脉、肘正中静脉、颈外静脉;B组46例次,穿刺点为头皮静脉如额正中静脉、颞浅静脉、耳后静脉等;C组63例次,选择手背及足背静脉.结果A组的留置效果显著优于B和C组,P＜0.05.结论外周静脉滴注甘露醇时,将留置针放置在颈外静脉、肘正中静脉、贵要静脉、头静脉是最佳方法。
