Abstract
In the practical world, limited and small samples without enough information are always existed for the data measured or the system to be analyzed. Grey system is a useful processing way to study these kinds of data or system, especially for small-sample data and incomplete information. Considering that time delay is existed in some system identification problems, a class of grey time-delay model was given and disused including grey time-delay model and fractional grey time-delay model. The analysis and calculation was researched by Simulink block diagram via Matlab software in the whole paper. Experiment and simulation showed the proposed time-delay grey model can be used to express the system with time-delay problem. By the Simulink block diagram, it can improve the calculation efficiency and make the results easily analyzed for complex grey models.
