Abstract

A description is given of a new simple circuit for high-resistance measurement in a wide range of several decades. The matched pair of diodes used as nonlinear elements enables quick high-resistance measurement as a function of test voltage. The change of test voltage across the unknown measured resistance has practically no effect on the circuit calibration performed earlier. The circuit calibration is made at one reference point only.
