Sexual disinhibition in dementia is a distressing and embarrassing behaviour. Currently, there are no guideline‐directed management aims to address this behaviour in patients with dementia. This case report highlights a combined non‐pharmacological and pharmacological approach for managing dementia in a patient who showed marked sexual disinhibition.
