Abstract
The authors apply the theory of the double Gamma function, which was recently revived in the study of the determinants of the Laplacians, in order to give closed-form evaluations of some series involving the Zeta function. Each of these series is evaluated at different arguments from those considered in several earlier works. The possibility of numerical computations of the sums of the series considered here is also indicated.
