Abstract

In order to better cultivate high-quality applied talents, the network planning and design course is redesigned following the backward design principle, with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and CDIO engineering education mode combined. In this paper, first of all, the course is clear the teaching objectives to support the graduation requirements, and then design the course evaluation method according to the teaching objectives. Starting from the learning effect of students, re-design the corresponding learning and teaching methods to enable students to achieve the knowledge, ability and attitude required by the profession. Finally, taking a chapter of instructional design as an example, sharing how to focus on students, select teaching strategies, integrate teaching resources, and provide timely and effective support and help for students.
