Abstract
This study is conducted by investigating the modern educational technology circumstances of Jiuwuji Minority Middle School and interviewing the teachers there. In this study, educational technology is regarded as a new type of educational product to be utilized by the teachers. Switch crisis and switch-induced cost are analyzed as two respects of product switch respectively to demonstrate how to develop educational technology among rural teachers with pertinence and effect. As the six-month training shows, the teachers accept these policies as a practical measure to improve their ability of educational technology.
