Abstract

The female patient was 31 years old. Medical history: she was admitted to our hospital on March 10, 2013 for “intermittent pain on upper abdomen for 5 months”. After consultation of a professor from Peking Union Medical College Hospital, she was primarily diagnosed with dilation of pancreatic duct, space-occupation of pancreatic duct and adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder, with high possibility of corpora mammillaria mucinous tumor in cystic duct. So she was suggested to receive operation. On March 14, the patient received duodenum-preserving resection of pancreatic head, sectional duodenectomy and cholecystectomy
