Abstract
Pseudoaneurysm, a fatal complication of myocardial infarction, is a mortal complication of left ventricular rupture limited by pericardium and haematoma, which allows life to continue compared to rupture. In this case report, we tried to describe the successful management of the patient who presented to our clinic with dyspnoea from diagnosis to surgery in the literature.
