Abstract
A case report of a 15 year old monozygotic twin with primary amenorrhea with the other twin attaining menarche 6 months back. The patient had developed good secondary sexual charectaristics but on examination the child had blind vaginal pouch with a infantile nodule of uterus in per rectal examination . diagnosis of MRKH was made The unique part of this case is that the other monozygotic twin is absolutely normal with no urogynecological , skeletal , cardiac abnormalities. This is a rare presentation in monozygotic twins with MRKH syndrome. Case reports like these aim to throw a new light in the research of etiopathogenesis of MRKH syndrome
