Abstract
症例は48歳女性。便潜血陽性を契機に2005年9月下部消化管内視鏡検査施行。横行結腸から脾彎曲付近に区域性の大腸炎がみられた。2カ月半後に血性下痢が出現。内視鏡的に病変範囲は上行結腸から直腸に拡大しており，臨床経過と内視鏡所見から，区域性から全大腸炎型に進展した潰瘍性大腸炎と診断した。全大腸炎型潰瘍性大腸炎の病変の進展様式を考える上で興味深い症例であり，今後の症例の蓄積が望まれる。
