Abstract

This paper is an outcome of my research conducted in the past. It deals with the refugee status and their problem that lingers in India since more than sixty years now. As it shows the Tibetan Refugees in particular who are surviving in different states in India. It explicates their identity in South Asia and their distinct relationship with India. It sees through a social science perspective to their life and experiences that concern their identity. It incorporates a refugee’s social life and inclusive practices towards what they face. How the dynamics of integration process and difficulties are imperative for them to avail. It encompasses their flexible identity of their transnational individuality. Therefore overall, this paper shows how they sustain to live. The is an honest attempt to acquaint with their problems of adaptation and integration in India.
