Abstract

AbstractAn adult male from a Roman inhumation cemetery at Towcester, Northamptonshire, displays clear evidence of Pott's disease of the spine. This short report has been prompted by the fact that relatively few cases of skeletal tuberculosis have been identified from Roman contexts in Britain. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
