Abstract
今回われわれは甲状腺・顎下腺同時転移を認めた腎細胞癌の症例を経験したので報告する。症例は69歳男性，右顎下部腫脹を主訴に当院受診。超音波検査で右顎下腺腫大および甲状腺腫瘤を認め，甲状腺腫瘤細胞診では既往の腎細胞癌の転移と診断されたが顎下腺腫大は診断に至らなかった。他に転移巣認めず甲状腺全摘・右顎下部郭清術を施行。術後病理検査では顎下腺静脈内に腫瘍栓を認め，甲状腺腫瘤と同様腎細胞癌の転移と診断となった。追加治療は施行せず術後1年2か月現在無再発で経過している。腎細胞癌は血管内浸潤をきたしやすいが，本症例のように頭頸部領域同時遠隔転移を認めた症例や，血管内でのみ発育した転移性腫瘍の症例は極めて稀である。
