Abstract

Anomalies of the female genital tract may not be discovered until after menarche when they present as cyclical pain due to outlet obstruction. We present a case of an adolescent girl with dysmenorrhea suspected to have a unicornuate uterus with a non-communicating rudimentary horn. Intraoperative evaluation revealed an atypical mullerian anomaly consistent with Robert's uterus.
