Abstract
患者は24歳，男性．生来健康．健康診断の胸部X線で異常を指摘され当科を受診した．胸部CTで1cm大の多発結節影を認め転移性肺腫瘍が疑われたが，FDG-PETでは肺内の多発結節に軽度の集積を認めるのみで，他臓器に異常集積を認めなかった．10カ月後の胸部CTで結節の増大を認め，確定診断のため胸腔鏡下肺生検を行い，病理所見よりpulmonary hyalinizing granulomaと診断した．
