Abstract
The paper describes a case of primary extranodal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the cerebral hemispheres, which was regarded as an inflammatory disease of the brain during life and diagnosed only posthumously in the microscopically examination of the autopsy material by immunohistochemical studies.
