Abstract
悪性疾患に対して内視鏡下手術を施行後, ポート挿入部に癌のimplantationが起こることがあり, ポート部転移 (Port site metastasis) と報告されている. 内視鏡下手術に特徴的な転移形式といわれているが, その発生は比較的まれである. 今回, 下行結腸癌に対する腹腔鏡手術後にポート部転移を認めた症例を経験したので, 文献的考察を加えて報告する.
