Abstract

Question: A 44-year-old Caucasian man presented with a 1-month history of fatigue, nausea, and painless jaundice. His medical history was significant for type 2 diabetes and hypertension that were managed with insulin and losartan, respectively. He denied alcohol or intravenous drug abuse, blood transfusion, and recent international travel.
