Abstract
A 63-year-old gentleman with Olmsted syndrome causing severe pain and quality of life impairments since birth was treated with erlotinib 100mg OD. This led to dramatic improvement in both pain and quality of life. Due to side effects the dose was reduced to 100mg three times a week which has maintained efficacy and side effects are now minimal.
