Abstract
症例は82歳，女性．腹痛と嘔吐を主訴に近医へ救急搬送された．S状結腸鏡検査と腹部CTで宿便による腸閉塞と閉塞性大腸炎を疑われ保存的加療をされたが，全身状態が悪化し，外科的治療目的に当院へ紹介となった．発症から約60時間後に緊急手術を施行した．大腸は上部直腸から盲腸までの広範囲に壊死を認め，宿便による閉塞性大腸炎と診断した．大腸亜全摘術および回腸人工肛門造設術を施行し，救命しえた．
