Abstract
症例は78歳，男性，歩行困難，四肢の痙攣を主訴とし，抗voltage gated potassium channel（VGKC）抗体陽性，筋電図よりMorvan症候群と診断した．経過中にangioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma（AILT）を確認した．本症候群は傍腫瘍症候群と考えられるが，AILTでは報告がない．AILTは免疫学的異常を来し，Morvan症候群の病態を知る上で貴重な症例と考え報告する．
