Hamartomas of the nasal cavity or nasopharynx are classified as epithelial, mesenchymal and mixed epithelial and mesenchymal types. We report an incidentally detected lesion arising in a 42-year-old female patient. The mass was resected endoscopically and was diagnosed as mixed epithelial and mesenchymal hamartoma.
