Abstract

Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is a disorder of the immune system. Patients are generally diagnosed in their adolescence and require regular immunoglobulin replacement. Due to their immune dysregulation, they are at increased risk of infections, autoimmune disease, and cancer.
