Abstract
症例は60歳の男性で，肛門痛を主訴に当院を受診した．内外痔核，随伴性裂肛の診断で手術予定となったが，術前の下部消化管内視鏡検査にてS状結腸に10mm大の隆起性病変を認めた．生検で悪性リンパ腫の疑いと診断された．CT検査，Gaシンチ検査にて全身検索を行ったが明らかな病変は認めなかった．S状結腸原発悪性リンパ腫と診断し，腹腔鏡補助下S状結腸切除術を施行した．病理組織診断ではmalignant lymphoma，B-cell，diffuse large sized cellであった．今回我々はS状結腸原発悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので報告する．
