Abstract

AbstractA male case of SLE who showed the female pattern of clinical findings was reported with special reference to his family history and HLA typing. One of the HLA haplo‐types of the patient corresponded to that of his sister, who had an identical disease. The result of this study suggests that genetic factors other than the HLA system might play roles in the development of SLE.
