Abstract
Although Lipomas are one of the most common benign tumors, intramuscular lipomas of tongue are quite rare. Lipomas oftongue are represented by less than 0.5% of all benign tumors in the oral cavity. Oral cavity lipomas are usually growing slowly,painless and asymptomatic before they reach large sizes. When they are ulcerated, they present diagnostic problems. Wereported a case of intramuscular lipoma of tongue with ulcer and pain.
