Abstract
内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術による切除標本で粘膜下層微小浸潤部に僅かに内分泌細胞癌成分を認めた1例を経験した。 高分化型管状腺癌を主体とする病変内に，粘膜下層微小浸潤部位を認め，浸潤部のみ内分泌細胞癌成分であった。早期で発見された内分泌細胞癌の報告は少なく，内分泌細胞癌の発生，浸潤形態を知るうえで貴重な症例と考えられた。
