Abstract

Radiographically, typical ameloblastomas have a multilocular or unilocular radiolucent appearance with fairly well-defined margins. Adjacent teeth may be tilted or displaced and root resorption is commonly observed. This article reports a case of an ameloblastoma having an unusual radiographic appearance in spite of the typical histology.
