Abstract

Cutaneous myiasis is dermal infestation by fly larvae, also known as maggots. It is seen infrequently among patients in the United States and may be associated with prior travel or poor personal hygiene. We describe the case of a resident at a skilled nursing facility with cutaneous myiasis.
