Abstract

The radiological features of a rare case of calcinosis circumscripta associated with scleroderma, angiospasm, and trophic changes are reported in a female patient aged 58. It remains uncertain whether the transient spasm of the lower end of the œsophagus noted in this and previous cases has any relationship to the general condition of scleroderma. I am much indebted to Dr. E. W. Prosser Thomas for the dermatological comment.
